The Ministry of Fellowships, commonly known as “Muungano wa Mashirika”, is intended to provide members of the church with an opportunity to fellowship with one another within the estates and other places they stay away from the church. It also makes it possible for members to visit each other’s homes, pray together and learn together in situations different from the Sunday church situation.
Fellowships help to bring the services of the church closer to the people in their context. The fellowship groups are the eyes, so to speak, of the church within the estates; they serve as the arms of the church reaching out to the people where they live.
